1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use AcrelyAg, we collect:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, farm name, state, and county provided during signup
- Farm data: field names, acreage, crop types, cost inputs, yield estimates, and price data you enter into the Service
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, pages visited, and features used
- Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe. AcrelyAg does not store your credit card details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the AcrelyAg Service
- Generate farm financial calculations, AI insights, and recommendations
- Send important account and service updates
- Respond to support requests
- Process your subscription payments
3. YOUR FARM DATA IS YOURS
AcrelyAg does not sell, rent, or share your farm data, field information, cost data, or financial information with any third party for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. Your farm data is used exclusively to provide the Service to you.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database services and Stripe for payment processing. Both maintain their own security and compliance standards.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your farm data

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
AcrelyAg uses these third-party services:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Supabase: secure data storage
- OpenET: water evapotranspiration data
- OpenWeatherMap: weather forecasts
- NewsAPI: agricultural news
- Anthropic Claude: AI insight generation
Each service maintains its own privacy policy.
8. COOKIES
AcrelyAg uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
AcrelyAg is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
